HVACPro Commercial Sales Manager Job Training
This position is responsible for setting reasonable sales goals and teaching sales consultants how to achieve them. This position is accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between Company and its commercial, industrial, healthcare, and large institutional clients. This position aims to develop and implement the Company’s sales and marketing plan through direct customer sales, sales support, and coordination of trade allies and other sales channels as part of an overall territory plan. In addition, this position is accountable for all commercial service agreement and project surveying, estimating, pricing, and proposal development functions between Company and its clients. This position also verifies that all transaction documents comply with Company published liability and payment protection terms and conditions before execution.
