How We Verify Client Results Under the Verified Value Guarantee

Your Choice: Participate in the Performance Guarantee — or Not. Built for Flexibility. Backed by Confidence.

We understand that not every business wants to participate in formal performance measurement—and that’s okay.

That’s why participation in the Verified Value Guarantee is optional.

Option 1: Participate in the Verified Value Guarantee

This option is ideal for owners who want:

  • Documented value tracking
  • Cost-avoidance measurement
  • A structured results review
  • Financial protection if results fall short

Participation requires: (Detailed below)

Verified Value Guarantee Client Approval Workbook

  • Establishing a financial baseline
  • Reasonable implementation of the program
  • Participation in results review

Option 2: Use the Program Without the Guarantee

Some clients prefer full access without tracking or formal verification.

This option offers:

  • Unlimited use of training and support
  • No data sharing requirements
  • No baseline or results review
  • No reimbursement provisions

Why We Offer the Choice

We believe trust comes from results, not pressure.
The guarantee exists to protect clients who want it—not to force compliance or reporting.

Either way, you receive:

  • Proven systems
  • Expert support
  • Practical guidance built for real service businesses

The guarantee is optional. The value is not.

Results Verification & Performance MethodEstablish a Clear Baseline using the client’s existing data. This prevents disputes later.

Baseline metrics may include (any 2–3):

  • Gross margin %
  • Average ticket value
  • Billable hours per technician per day
  • Revenue per service call
  • Net operating profit (if available)
  • Callback or rework rate
  • Accepted data sources:
    • Field service software (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, etc.)
    • Accounting reports (QuickBooks, P&L summary)
    • Price book or estimating system reports
    • Baseline period: typically the most recent 30–90 days prior to enrollment.
  • Define What “Results” Mean (Upfront)
    • Results are clearly defined in the agreement, not after the fact.
    • Examples of verifiable “results”:
    • Measurable increase in gross profit dollars
    • Margin improvement tied to trained workflows
    • Increased productivity without added labor
    • Incremental profit equal to or exceeding program fees
    • The guarantee is based on contribution, not total company success.

Require Proof of Implementation

  • The guarantee only applies when the client actually implements the training.
  • Verification methods:
  • Completion tracking of required training modules
  • Attendance records for coaching sessions
  • Signed implementation checklist (pricing, workflows, scripts, SOPs)
  • Manager confirmation or rollout acknowledgment
  • This protects you from “non-users” claiming no results.

Post-Term Performance Review

At the end of the initial term (e.g., 90 days or contract term), a results review is conducted.

Comparison includes:

  • Baseline vs. post-implementation metrics
  • Incremental gross profit improvement
  • Documented operational changes
  • Data sources remain client-provided—you do not audit or control their books.

Client Certification of Results

The client signs a simple Results Certification Statement confirming:

  • Data provided is accurate
  • Metrics are from their systems
  • Results achieved (or not achieved) are fairly represented
  • This avoids legal exposure while maintaining integrity.

Fee Reconciliation (If Needed)

If documented incremental profit does not meet or exceed fees paid:

  • You reimburse the difference only
  • No refunds beyond fees paid
  • No liability for indirect or future losses
  • This keeps the guarantee measured, limited, and sustainable.

What You Do Not Do (Important)

✔ We do not guarantee revenue
✔ We do not audit books
✔ We do not accept unverifiable claims
✔ We do not guarantee success without implementation

Simple Explanation for Clients (Marketing-Friendly)

“We establish a baseline, help you implement proven systems, and review real numbers from your own software. If the documented profit improvement doesn’t cover what you paid us, we reimburse the difference.”
